These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set out below.  If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions , you should not use or access this Website.  Any order or subsequent purchase of goods or services from Partygirls Jewellery shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If for some reason you are not happy with your jewellery you can cancel your order and return it to us      for a refund or exchange.  This must be within 14 days of the day following the receipt of your                      jewellery.  It is important that you have taken good care of the product whilst it has been in your care.        It must be in an unused condition and be complete with its original packaging and have all of its              components.

You can cancel your order by contacting us through the online form on the 'Contact Us' page of the              website.  Please ensure all order details, including order number, are included within the message.          2.    RETURNS

Please return your order via Royal Mail postal service to:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by way of our messaging service at  partygirlsjewellery.53@gmail.com .  When agreed by us simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of agreement.  We will exchange the item or items you return for a different style/colour etc subject to availability, or if preferred will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.  We will not refund return postage and packaging for your item unless the said item sent was incorrect or faulty.

If upon receipt of your order you discover that it is incorrect, is incomplete or is faulty in any way please notify us by way of our messaging service at  partygirlsjewellery.53@gmail.com  within 7 days of receipt of such order.  When agreed by us simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of agreement.  Once we have received the returned item or items and agreed the reason for their return we will exchange the item or items if you wish, subject to availability, or if preferred will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.  In addition, under this reason for return, we will refund your return postage and packaging costs.

Please Note:   

Upon receipt of your order, please check that you have the correct items and that they are in good condition.  You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt if the item is faulty.

The item/items remain your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you return the parcel using a secure delivery service which includes tracking or a signature upon receipt and insures you for the value of the goods.  We also recommend that you obtain a 'certificate of posting' from the post office for any returned items.

Earrings etc. must be returned in their sealed bag and unworn otherwise no refund will be given unless they are found to be incorrect or faulty.

The purchase price of the returned items will be credited to your PayPal account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order only once the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the original condition they were in when delivered to you.

If you choose to return your item for exchange, rather than a refund, please notify us by email  partygirlsjewellery.53@gmail.com  to specify which item you wish to have sent in its place. For information concerning  any price difference between the exchanged items we will notify you when receive you email request.

3.  UK  DELIVERY

We endeavour to have all items offered for sale on our website to be available when you order.  Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory.  For this we apologise.  We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice which are subject to stock issues.  In the event that the item is temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to notify as soon as it is restocked.  We cannot be held liable or responsible  for any loss occurring as a result of the items not being in stock.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate,  however all dates quoted are estimates only.  Delivery within the times quoted cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.  All estimates are given in working days unless otherwise stated.  We will not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) caused to you by late delivery beyond the estimate provided.

Deliveries to areas of Scotland, Outer Hebrides and other remote location are prone to travel delays and may take longer than the quoted delivery times.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order.  We cannot deliver to P.O Box  Numbers,  Drop Ship Companies or Hotel Addresses.   

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.  If no notification is made within this time period then the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.

For online orders, ownership of the products you order shall pass to you upon delivery, provided that we have received the full purchase price for such products.

All orders will be deemed to have been delivered when signed for by any person at the delivery address or confirmed as delivered by our couriers.  We ask that  you satisfy yourself before requesting any delivery  that it will be secure as any loss incurred after delivery has been signed for or confirmed as delivered by our couriers will be your liability.  This may be particularly important  and the risk greater if you live in a house of multiple occupation or  you request delivery to a work address.

You should not accept or sign for any delivery where the package has been damaged, resealed or tampered with.  If so instruct the courier to return the item to us.  We cannot accept any liability for loss once a package has been accepted by any person at the delivery address.

If an item is returned to us 'undelivered' and has to be reshipped, the customer will be charged for postage.

Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition.  However very occasionally items may arrive damaged or with defects.  If this does occur then please see the returns section for details on how to return your item.

4. PRICES  &  PAYMENT

The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on our Website at the time you place your order, except where we may discover an error in the price of the product you have ordered.  In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order.  We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or you may cancel your order.  If we are unable to make contact with you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Our online store accepts payments using PayPal.  To complete your order using PayPal please select the PayPal option on the basket page, you will then be taken to the PayPal site to complete your purchase.

In certain circumstances , a payment may be requested via bank transfer.  Should this be required details will be given by us to facilitate the transaction.

5. NOTICES

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by email to our contact address at partygirlsjewellery.53@gmail.com and all notices to you will be displayed on our Website from time to time.
