I have taken two lenghths of 4mm Bare Copper wire and twisted them and then hammered them into a 8mm wide band. I have then formed an open ended adjustable bangle. With gentle movement the bangle can be adjusted to fit a wrist between 7 inches (18cm) and 8 inches (20cm).
